Ching-Chiang has smooth medium green leaves and thick petioles that have a wonderful mild flavor, are tender, and have very few strings. Ching-Chiang was bred to be tolerant of heat, rain, cold, and dampness, making it a great choice for early spring, late summer and fall planting.
